The context

The initial Poupro concept resembled a social network. The work focused the product on its essential purpose: connecting field agents with promising footballers.

My contribution

I helped refocus the concept and prioritise features to test market interest.

I developed and evolved the API with NestJS and PostgreSQL, then deployed and operated the platform using Docker and Coolify.

Early user feedback informed the analysis of functional and technical improvements.

The outcome

A product focused on connections, with an API and deployment supporting the MVP approach. Early feedback provides a basis for its next iterations.
